Have you ever watched a penguin on land? It’s clumsy, slow and a bit awkward. But the moment is slides into the water it flies; fast, graceful and unstoppable.
Industrial technology works the same way. The tide is turning in how we produce, build and use energy. The ice is melting (literally), and staying on familiar land is no longer futureproof. However, like the penguin, green technology only really takes off once it’s in the right environment: a working scaled-up process, a solid business case, a market that’s ready.

That’s where we come in. TransitionHERO is an engineering company that helps greentech start-ups and scale-ups take their technology from lab to pilot, demo and commercial plant. We also help industry make their processes more sustainable and save energy. Like any good swimmer, we keep an eye on both currents: the technology and the business case.
We started as two engineers testing the waters ourselves. Today, we’re a growing colony of specialists, and we’ve helped over 100 companies find their water.
